SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy:

We only ship to the UK, Australia, Canada, and United States as standard - however if you live outside of these get in touch with us as we are only restricted by the couriers we usually use, but we can almost always accommodate for you.


We ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in USA and 3-4 weeks for the UK and 4-5 weeks for the rest of the world (including the EU) In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected.

The couriers we use are transfer couriers meaning they are small companies that then pass on to major couriers (USPS,DHL, Royal Mail etc). These work very well with USPS meaning there is very good tracking information available for USA orders, due to how USPS works internationally.

However for EU and UK orders, until it arrives in the destination country, there is limited tracking. This means you can monitor its progress and receive updates, however it is not in real time and doesn't provide estimated delivery dates.

We provide tracking numbers within 1-5 days after we dispatch your order. You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Return Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

All returns are sent to our HQ in the UK -  get in touch to receive further details and a return address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The only reason we have ever rejected refunds are if an item is damaged and you did not inform us of the damage. In these scenarios we ship the item back to you free of charge.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (3-10 working days depending on if it was a debit or credit card, and also your bank/credit provider)

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items for any reason, as long as it is within 14 days and the item is not damaged and still has tags attached. If you need to exchange it , send us an email at plushdgiftassistance@gmail.com

Refund Time

You should expect to receive your refund within a week of returning the item (we process refunds once the item is in our possession), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, this is due to the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
